The use of steel hollow sections in structures is a relatively recent phenomenon in India. Our design team has developed economical building design with tubular hollow sections. These structures are easy to fabricate, transport and erect at various locations.
We also manufacture and install tubular steel structures. Raw materials are ordered to IS or ASTM Standards or equivalent and are inventoried at the factory adequate with mill certificate traceability. Welding is performed by certified welders and conforms to the latest version of the Structural Welding Code. An executive-level Quality Assurance Department ensures that Quality Control Checking procedures are adhered to throughout the execution of the order.

Erection procedure of tubular / angular modular structures:

• The truss in parts are assembled on the ground      (initially 2 trusses) and lifted with      cranes/derricks and are placed on RCC Columns

• Purlins and bottom runners are fixed to the       trusses

• Consequently, two trusses are assembled, lifted      and connected by purlins and bottom runners

• Once four trusses are erected, two sets of      Column bracings at two sides are fixed

• This procedure is continued till all the trusses are      erected followed by erection of all purlins,      bottom runners and column bracings

• All nuts of anchor bolts are tightened

• The laying of sheets start once the structures      are erected

• Sheeting starts from eave towards the ridge .
